PAULA GOLDMAN-SPINNER has over 45 years of experience -- 39 of which have been with Schostak Brothers -- in several areas of the real estate industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wayne State University.
Her professional experience includes tenant construction, building renovations, building development, maintenance supervision, purchasing, leasing, tenant relations, collections, accounting, legal and promotions.
Paula oversees the management, operations and leasing responsibilities of more than 2 million square feet of office, medical, retail and warehouse facilities and actively participates in management decisions for new business including purchase, development and/or management of new commercial properties.
She has served as Past President on the Board of Directors for Building Owners and Managers Association of Metro Detroit (BOMA) as well as Past Regional President of BOMA North Central Region. She also chairs the Southfield City Centre Advisory Board, noted for its leadership in the community for the aggressive redevelopment and resurgence of the city’s core business community.
Paula remains active in a leadership capacity on a variety of community based boards on both local and national levels and has been honored to receive multiple awards throughout her career for her on-going dedication and commitment.
