BILL HALL has extensive and varied experience and background in retail, residential and office building conceptual design, pre-development services, municipal relations, property development and tenant coordination, including coordination and management of retail and office space planning through final architectural design and complete construction of tenant space.
In the areas of Project Management, Bill functions as the Owner's Representative in hiring general contractors and construction managers for building renovations, expansions and ground-up retail and office facilities. He also hires architects as well as civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineers.
Bill conducts the management and strategic planning of all corporate and third-party environmental activities. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Environmental Property Phase I and Phase II Assessments, Hazardous Material Surveys and has successfully completed over 2,000 abatement projects in the last 28 years. Bill is a graduate and maintains his annual environmental certification from the University of Illinois.
Among his extensive list of clients served, his most recent are Bedrock Detroit, Compuware Corporation at their downtown Detroit headquarters, Merchants Row loft and retail development in downtown Detroit, assisting Detroit 300 with the design and retail tenants within a core, and shell Pavilion Building.
Additional experience includes hundreds of retail and office tenant developments at Universal Mall, Macomb Mall, Wonderland Mall, Laurel Park Place Mall, Northville Park Place and Merchants Row Retail.
