Livonia, Mich.-based Schostak Brothers & Company, a fourth-generation commercial real estate company, announced they have completed a joint venture with Schoolcraft College to develop a 91,220-square-foot corporate headquarters for Masco Corporation. Schostak Brothers & Company Vice President and Director of Development, Jeffrey Schostak made the announcement.
The partnership between Schostak Brothers & Company and Schoolcraft College will relocate Masco’s corporate headquarters from Taylor, Mich. to the college’s main campus in Livonia, Mich. between Six Mile Road and Seven Mile Road on the west side of I-275. The building is slated to open spring of 2017.
“We are proud to partner with Schoolcraft to transition Masco to this innovative and fantastic facility for their daily operations,” said Schostak. “The design will provide functional space for Masco’s employees and will be aligned with their commitment to excellence.”
